WintoFX Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of wintofx.com and related WintoFX services. By using the Services, creating an account, submitting content or using a business account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. 1. About WintoFX
WINTOFX LLC provides an independent information, broker-profile, license and regulatory-data, review, complaint-verification and rights-protection platform. WintoFX is not a broker, investment firm, regulator, law firm or financial adviser, does not hold client trading funds and does not execute trades. Content is for information and transparency purposes and is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into these Terms. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect credentials, use only accounts you are authorized to use and notify us of unauthorized access. We may require email, phone, identity, ownership or business verification. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Broker, license and company information
Broker profiles, licenses, regulatory status, company links, trading platforms, risk indicators and related data may come from regulators, public registers, businesses, users, research and automated systems. We aim for accuracy but data can change, be delayed, incomplete or disputed. Users must confirm material facts directly with the relevant regulator or official source before making decisions. Inclusion, a score or a status label is not an endorsement or guarantee.
4. Reviews and complaints
Reviews and complaints must relate to a genuine experience and be truthful, specific and submitted in good faith. You must not impersonate others, fabricate evidence, coordinate manipulation, threaten, extort, defame, harass, disclose unnecessary personal data or submit content that is illegal or infringes rights. You represent that you have the right to submit all text, images, audio, documents and other materials.
5. Confidential verification information
WintoFX may require the trading platform, platform user ID, full name, country code and telephone number to verify a review. This information is confidential, is not published with the review and is accessible only to authorized administrators for verification, moderation, security and legal purposes. Never provide a password, investor password, one-time code, recovery phrase, private key or remote-access credential. A country-code and number-format check does not by itself prove ownership of a phone number.
6. Moderation, publication and evidence
We may review, verify, translate, format, summarize, redact, delay, reject, hide, restore or remove content; request additional evidence; contact the user; and preserve records for platform integrity or legal reasons. Publication is not guaranteed. Moderation does not mean WintoFX adopts or independently proves every statement. Where appropriate, we may label content as pending, verified, disputed, resolved, hidden or rejected.
7. Editing, deletion and audit history
User edits or deletion requests may require administrator approval. To prevent manipulation and support disputes, we may retain the previous and proposed values, decision history, attachments and relevant technical records. Approved edits replace public content; rejected edits do not. Deletion from public view does not necessarily require immediate deletion from backups, fraud-prevention records or legally required archives.
8. Business responses and Rights Protection Center
Authorized business representatives may respond, provide evidence, request verification, propose resolution or contest information. WintoFX may facilitate communication but is not a party to the underlying investment, employment or customer relationship and cannot compel payment, withdrawal or settlement. Resolution labels reflect the information available to WintoFX and may be revised if new evidence emerges.
9. Scores, rankings and independence
Scores, rankings, risk labels, statistics and featured lists may be based on disclosed or internal methodologies using licenses, operational information, complaints, resolutions, activity and other factors. They can change over time and are not guarantees. Advertising, subscriptions, public relations, sponsorship or commercial relationships do not purchase a favorable score, ranking, review outcome or deletion of legitimate information. Sponsored material, where present, should be identified separately.
10. Translations and automated systems
User content and platform data may be translated or processed using automated systems. Translations and summaries can be imperfect; the source-language record controls in case of inconsistency. Automated fraud or duplicate signals may trigger review but do not guarantee that content is true or false.
11. Prohibited use
You may not attack, probe or disrupt the Services; bypass security or rate limits; scrape at scale without written permission; use bots to manipulate views, votes, ratings or rankings; upload malware; obtain unauthorized access; collect confidential data; reverse engineer protected components; or use the Services for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
12. User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant WintoFX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, translate, display, distribute and use it to operate, protect, promote and improve the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy. WintoFX names, logos, designs, databases, software and original content are protected and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
13. Third-party services and commercial features
The Services may link to regulators, brokers, payment providers, applications or other third parties. WintoFX does not control their services or policies. Business plans, advertising, store products, subscriptions or paid features may be subject to additional checkout, billing, refund or product terms shown at purchase; those specific terms prevail for that transaction.
14. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or terminate access; remove content; preserve evidence; or refer matters to authorities when we reasonably believe these Terms, law, safety or platform integrity are at risk. Users may stop using the Services and may request account closure, subject to retention and legal obligations.
15. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, completeness, regulatory status, investment results, recovery of funds or resolution of a complaint. Markets and leveraged products involve substantial risk. Users remain solely responsible for verification and decisions.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WintoFX and its officers, employees and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Services, third-party conduct, user content, trading decisions or unavailable data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify WintoFX against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms, content, infringement of rights or misrepresentation, except to the extent caused by WintoFX.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without overriding mandatory protections in your country of residence. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support. Courts with competent jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes unless mandatory law requires another forum.
19. Changes, severability and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. No waiver is effective unless clear and authorized. Questions may be sent to WINTOFX LLC at support@wintofx.com.
