I am Sinan Yavaş, and I was directed to this institution through Meltem Ural, an employee of Gann Markets, with whom I have a joint Telegram trading group, via the known investor İbrahim Akkaya. I opened a trade on the morning of September 29, 2025, taking advantage of the special offer for investments over 5,000 USD, which included a 100% additional margin bonus. Later, I learned that the institution is not authorized by the SPK in Turkey.
I made the money transfer by sending TL equivalent to 5,000 USD from my Ziraat Bankası account to the account opened in the name of "Vita Barkod Otomasyon Sistemleri Danışmanlık Tic. Ltd. Şti." After starting my trades in the morning, around 2 PM, the customer advisor named Ferit Dağlıca did not communicate with me other than introducing himself via WhatsApp. Throughout the day, I was not informed about the content of the margin support. During the trading process, under misleading guidance labeled as "margin support," my margin support was canceled while my collateral level was at 120%, and my open positions were closed, resulting in my account being completely liquidated and me being victimized.I learned that Gann Markets withdrew from the Financial Commission (Finacom) membership on April 29, 2022, and was added to the warning list in the "Check Your Broker" section on Finacom's website. Additionally, independent review sites indicate that the company is not affiliated with a top-tier regulatory authority. This situation clearly constitutes unlicensed capital market activity and investor victimization.
On the morning of September 30, after my account was liquidated, I tried to reach Meltem Ural but did not receive a response. I then spoke with my customer advisor, Ferit Dağlıca. Despite my not insulting him, he hung up the phone twice. When I asked him to review my account, he said he was busy and only requested a screenshot. Ms. Meltem persistently did not answer my calls and only provided written responses. Later, the retention manager, Mr. Onur, got involved, but no results were achieved.
The company created misinformation with the concept of "margin support," did not inform the customer in advance, and offered only a $1000 "consolation" payment by placing the responsibility on me. I did not accept this. After consulting with my lawyer, I decided to file a lawsuit against the company and its employees.
I submitted complaints to the CMB regarding unregistered forex transactions, to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency regarding unlicensed forex transfers made through banks, to Ziraat Bank regarding money sent to a misleading company account, and to the Financial Commission regarding this firm on the red list.If my grievances are not addressed by the authorities, I would like to inform that I will share my situation with the public on all forex complaint platforms along with my documents, screenshots, and voice recordings.

I was victimized as a result of transactions made by experts on the Gann Market side. The transactions made to compensate for my loss turned out to be misleading. Bonuses were withdrawn and my loss was not compensated. Hundreds of people like me have been victimized. This team operates in Turkey and they contacted me via Telegram.
