On August 12, I opened an account with 200 USD through customer representative Gaye Atalay at Mercury Investment. Görkem Acar was assigned to me as an investment specialist and advisor. By reviewing the transaction suggestions he provided and adapting the ones I found suitable to my own TP, I had a balance of 504 USD in my account, excluding the bonus, on the morning of August 26 without any stops. The only active transaction I had was a Sell position I entered on XAUUSD at 3317.50 and 0.01 lot on 19.08.2025, which was causing me a loss. When I logged into the Mercury Investment site yesterday morning, I saw that the KYC documents I had previously uploaded were still not approved. I had previously messaged Görkem Acar about this issue, and he had said it was not his responsibility and that he would inform the finance department. I reminded him of the issue again, and he said similar things again. I requested the phone number of sales consultant Gaye Atalay since it had been deleted from my contacts. (In the meantime, I had formatted it.) Meanwhile, I was able to add my bank account, which was the only missing item in the system, in the deposit and withdrawal menu (I had left the bank code blank). However, I still could not access the withdrawal screen. Therefore, I called the numbers listed as contact information on the Mercury Investment website.The fixed line number 0212 706 8505 specified on the site was not reachable, and when I called the mobile line 0545 637 6653, I received a message that there was no such number registered with Vodafone. As the process dragged on and no one called me, I sent a message to Görkem Acar. I said that if no one called me within 2 minutes, I would report the situation to forex complaint and complaint sites on the web. It was 11 o'clock.:26 I saw that Gaye Atalay had sent a message and called her, and when I couldn't reach her, I called Görkem Acar via WhatsApp. He started with my tone and said, please write your complaint wherever you want. Meanwhile, there was someone he called Harun next to him, I said, will I break your request, and I hung up. I finally reached Ms. Gaye via WhatsApp, explained the situation, and she told me that the company line was the phone number 0212 700 5914 and to call from this number. We talked, and she said she would help me with the shooting job. Meanwhile, the time was 11:40While I was on the line, someone else from Mercury Investment called, saying they were calling to assist with the withdrawal problem, but the call was cut off while we were talking. Immediately after, I received another call; this time the caller said his name was Barış and that he worked in the Mercury Investment Operations unit, informing me that my account was on the verge of being stopped. When I opened my account immediately, I saw that my account balance had been reset to zero. When I looked at my account history, I noticed that the WHT-25 transaction I opened on 18.08.2025 in the buy direction and closed with a TP had been changed to -475.20 USD. In other words, someone or some people at the firm using the Xone Trader web trader application had tampered with my account. Moreover, I had not been stopped even once during the two-week period. So, someone or some people, who had previously not caused me any losses, had foolishly tampered with the transaction I opened in the buy direction and had taken a TP. Of course, when the system was intervened with -475.20 USD, my only active transaction at that moment, XAUUSD, became -61.37, and my account was reset to zero. The account reset time was 11:34.type. That is, at the very moment I was looking for Görkem Acar.
Mr. Barış, who claims to be working on the operation, confirmed that the intervention was made during the IP review they conducted and stated that they would take action against Görkem Acar as an institution. He also mentioned that by discussing with the price provider, they would recover my account, which could take 15 business days. He explained that if I didn't want to wait, I could fund my balance of 350 USD, which is 70% of my balance, and revert my transactions through Rolling Back. As the aggrieved party, I stated that this situation is the company's responsibility and that I would not make any further funding. In other words, I opened an account with 200 USD, made a profit, my money is being violated, and I am being asked for more money than I deposited.
I request that the balance, which should be around 443 USD in my account, be deposited into my account.
